我覺得哦,個人意見,主觀上來看,這兩個名字都可男可女的,可以是科斯、科思、科絲,可以是凱思、凱司、凱絲。

不過英文名嘛,主要是英文,這兩個名字倒是很搭,都很洋氣,怪好看也怪好聽的。
